What a guide is
Each guide is its own site with its own register of the area's businesses — no reviews, no ratings, just verified facts: address, opening hours, menus, ordering links and a description of every place.
The pages about the district itself — housing, construction, events, services — are curated by hand, with sources and read dates stated. Everything is available in both Swedish and English.
For business owners
Do you run a business in one of the districts? Your page probably already exists. Create an account on your area's guide and claim the page, and you can keep opening hours, menus and offers up to date yourself.
It costs nothing, and no one can pay for placement — the guides never rank by who pays.
How the facts are checked
Opening hours and menus come from the business's own website, the chain's store page, the property owner's tenant page or the business's own Google profile — never from review sites or guesses. Where the facts come from a source the guide watches, that source is named under the opening hours and the menu on the business's page, and from the first night it has matched, so is the day it last matched what the page says.
Every night the sources are read again. When something has changed, the change is put up for review before it is published; for some sources, such as a business's own structured data, it is published directly once the automatic checks have passed it. Menus that are not published in a machine-readable form are transcribed, as they stand, with the help of an AI model.
A business that has claimed its page keeps it up to date itself, and then no source of ours is shown under its opening hours.
